Fast delivery, large choice of bike parts. Cheaper than competitors for some parts and accessories. I made a mistake while ordering, I contacted them on their online chat and they made everything right for me.
Excellent service, great products, great value....
I had some questions and the technical advice was second to none. Placed an order based upon this advice and received the products exactly when promised. They even called to ask if I wanted part of the order delivered first. Excellent service, great products, great value....

Do not buy a bike from these horrible people they can’t admit when there bike has a fault and terrible customer service taking a risk buying from these not interested in helping at all terrible service and bikes come with defects.
Incorrect delivery charge!
No complaints regarding the product, very happy with that as usual. Issue is that for some reason Tredz has decided that I live on a Scottish Island (I don't!) and have started charging additional shipping fees. This is relatively new development as previous orders have had no additional charge. This will make me think about looking at other online retailers especially as they don't put on additional false delivery charges! On this occasion I was able to have it sent to another address and collect it but in future if these charges are going to be applied I will look at other retailers.
Addition: Thanks for the reply, it doesn't really acknowledge that the stipulated reason for charge is incorrect as living on an island when I don't. I do understand that differing orders due to size may result in different fees but I have had several orders of differing sizes and only the last two which were smaller orders (gloves and then shoes) resulted in this additional charge, both orders in past 10 months, orders prior to this irrespective of size no additional charge.....this suggests either change in courier service or change in Tredz policy. I could accept this if I actually lived on an island, I appreciate it is more difficult getting things there, but as I don't this very much grates!

Customer care worth highlighting
Found a pair of mountain bike shorts I wanted and in my haste ordered the wrong size. Realised my mistake and contacted Tredz to see if we could intercept the order and avoid me having to return them.
Emma responded straight away, changed the size, advised of the updated delivery date and they arrived within 48 hours. And they fit perfectly! Great service thank you Tredz customer service team

Scott Aspect mountain bike…
Ordered a Scott Aspect mountain bike plus various other accessories. Delivery would be in two days. Delivery arrived on the day specified and everything was in order. Simple as ABC, fantastic customer experience. 5 ?

Frustrating, poor service, avoid refunds
I bought an ebike and accessories. The bike check form was fiction as none of the ebike section was completed. Some accessories were placed with the bike, the others in a separate box too big for contents, therefore mudguards damaged. No information supplied that order was split and no return form in packages. Returned mudguards and ticked on printed out form for refund, but received email to say they were sending a replacement. I phoned to say I didn't want this, and requested a refund, informed it would be cancelled, but just had email to say sent and arriving by TNT. Frustrated. Emailed TREDZ again and was told to refuse delivery, which I've done, but shouldn't have been sent in first place as had telephoned and spoken to someone with a name of or similar to Colin, to stop.

Poor service
Ordered some cycle shorts for my wife's birthday, they said 4/5 days, it's now 7 days, contacted them they said new stock may come tomorrow (8th day) it has passed the day the were intended for, so have shopped local, cancelled the order with tredz, first time I have used them and will be the last
Be ultra cautious their 365 day return policy seems to be riddled with Caveats
Returned a helmet, which was the wrong size.
Due to them not having sent a box, or the box having been sent as part of a larger order, and returned separately Treed are refusing to accept it - even though it was returned in the packaging.
They've said they haven't received an additional part to the box, I know I returned it. Now they're leaving me stuck with a helmet that doesn't fit. All this after spending over £1,500 in the last month.
Congrats on losing a potentially loyal customer over a £40 bike helmet.

Really easy, efficient and professional. Ordered the bike on Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday. All assembled correctly and delivered at no additional cost.
